Management
Retired OnLine Inc is managed on a day to day basis by a Management Committee. The Committee is appointed every year at the Annual General Meeting.
As an incorporated Body, “ROL” is governed by a constitution (Club Rules) and by-laws. The constitution can only be changed by the members at a members meeting, whereas by-laws may be added, amended or deleted by the committee.
The Committee meets monthly and committee members have specific areas of responsibility
